Ingredients

  • 1-liter cranberry juice
  • 1-liter sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (for sweetness)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2-3 kiwis, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
  • Gummy candy eyeballs (optional, for extra spooky flair)
  • Ice (preferably in spooky shapes, like skulls or bats)
  • 2 fresh lychees (canned lychees work too, drained)
  • 12 blueberries

Directions

  1. Gently stuff each lychee with a blueberry to create a creepy "eyeball" effect.
  2. Freeze these lychee eyeballs for at least 2 hours to firm up and add a chilling effect to the punch
  3. In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice and sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter punch).
  4. Add the fresh raspberries, blueberries, and frozen mixed berries. Stir well.
  5. Just before serving, drop in the frozen lychee eyeballs, kiwi slices, and spooky-shaped ice cubes to float on top of the punch. Toss in some dry ice to make things extra spooky!
