What began as a neighborhood kitchen store has grown into a community centered around cooking, eating, and connection. When we opened our doors in September 2020 as Zest Billings, we did so with the belief that cooking doesn’t need to be intimidating or perfect to be meaningful. Some of the best moments happen around crowded tables, shared meals, and kitchens full of conversation.
As we reimagined the store through our recent evolution into Popover Kitchen Supply, we realized that community had always been at the center of what we do. With the support of our staff, customers, neighboring businesses, and the broader Billings community, Popover has become more than a retail store — it’s a space shaped by the people who gather here.
