Refund policy

In Store Returns

We want you to love what you bought! If it’s not quite right:

  • Returns & exchanges can be made within 30 days (holiday gifts purchased Nov 15–Dec 31 can be returned through Jan 31)
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds: original payment with receipt, or store credit with gift receipt
  • No receipt? We’ll do our best to look it up in our system
  • Damaged or defective? We’ll gladly exchange within 30 days (after that, manufacturer warranty may apply)
  • Clearance items are final sale

ONLINE RETURNS

We want you to love everything you order from Popover! But we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Our return process is simple, whether you’re shopping online or in-store.

Return Basics

  • 30-Day Window: Let us know within 30 days of shipping (or by January 31 for holiday gifts purchased Nov 15–Dec 31) if you’d like to return something. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label.
  • Original Condition: Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged products or packaging may affect eligibility.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” can’t be returned.
  • To start a return, please send an email to orders@popovermt.com with the following information:
    • Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • If you're are initiating a return for a damaged or defective item, please include photos of the item and packaging

If your return doesn’t meet these requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping Orders: $5.00 return fee
  • Free Shipping Orders: $15.00 return fee
  • Standard Shipping Orders: Return shipping cost matches the original order
  • Our Mistakes: If we sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, email orders@popovermt.com within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll either:
    • Send a replacement at no cost, or
    • Issue a full refund.

Lost Items in Transit

If your package doesn’t arrive, email us within 30 days of shipping. We’ll work with the carrier to track it down and may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund, depending on what we find.

If the original package later arrives, we’ll guide you on how to return it.

Item Not as Expected

  • “Item not as expected” isn’t the same as “item not as described.”
  • If you’re unsure about a product’s size, compatibility, or features, email us before you buy.
  • Accessories or replacement parts? Double-check model numbers (SKUs) to make sure they match your product.
  • If an item isn’t what you expected, you can still return it within the normal 30-day window, but you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Item Not as Described

If your item isn’t as described, email orders@popovermt.com within 30 days of shipping with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review it and, if we confirm it’s not as described:

  • Send you a prepaid return label
  • Refund the item in full
  • Refund shipping on a prorated basis (e.g., if your order was $100 and the returned item was $60, 60% of the shipping cost will be refunded; if it’s the only item, 100% of shipping is refunded)
  • Please allow 5 business days for us to review and initiate the refund.
