Featuring Runamok Sparkle Syrup, this mocktail is the perfect patriotic drink to elevate your summer celebrations. With vibrant layers of cranberry, coconut, and blueberry, this drink is as delightful to look at as it is to taste. Garnished with fresh berries and a hint of mint, it's a showstopper that will add a touch of sparkle to any party!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Runamok Sparkle Syrup
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberry juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries and raspberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare Glasses: Rim your glasses with Runamok Sparkle Syrup for an extra festive touch. Dip the rim of each glass into the syrup, then into some sugar for a sparkling effect.

  2. Mix the Cranberry Layer:

  3. In a pitcher, mix cranberry juice with a splash of sparkling water.

  4. Fill each glass about one-third full with the cranberry mixture.

  5. Add Ice Cubes: Add a few ice cubes to each glass to help layer the drinks.

  6. Mix the Coconut Layer:

  7. In a separate pitcher, mix coconut water with another splash of sparkling water.

  8. Slowly pour the coconut water over the back of a spoon to create a distinct layer above the cranberry juice.

  9. Mix the Blueberry Layer:

  10. In a third pitcher, mix blueberry juice with the remaining sparkling water.

  11. Carefully pour the blueberry juice over the back of a spoon to create the final layer.

  12. Garnish:

  13. Add fresh blueberries and raspberries on top for a festive look.

  14. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice if desired.
