Strawberry Salsa
A twist on the classic, this salsa is savory, sweet, and spicy all at once. While I love simply scooping up heaps of it with chips, it also pairs beautifully with grilled fish!

Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries, cored and diced
- 1 cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- 1 to 2 tablespoons finely minced jalapeno, depending on how spicy you would like your salsa to be
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 tablespoon honey, optional
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Allow to rest for at least a half hour before serving to give the flavors time to meld. Overnight is better!
