The Terroir collection features 3 olive oil blends from three different natural environments. The Argilla blend is harvested from the holly zone of Atri, Abruzzo, above the sea town of Pineto. A very fruit olive oil with lightly bitter notes, this makes an excellent finishing or dipping olive oil.
